Returns & exchanges

You will be able to personally manage your Returns and Exchanges from your account on our website.

Remember that you will have to log in before you can do this.

To make an exchange or return you will have to follow the following steps:

 1- Log in to your account and click on "MY ACCOUNT".

 2- Click on the menu located in the lower central part where it says "RETURNS".

 4- Select the order containing the items you wish to exchange or return.

 5- Select the item or items you wish to exchange or return.

 6- Fill in the Return Request form and click on "Close".

 We will inform you as soon as possible if your exchange or return is accepted or rejected. You will receive an email with the confirmation, and you will also be able to see it in your account in the "My Returns" section.

 Once the return or exchange process has been completed, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed and you will be able to see it in your account in the "My Returns" section.

Remember that you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to make the exchange or return. Shipping costs will be paid by Com-Forsa unless you meet one of these conditions:

 - Manipulation of products (chain cutting, thread cutting, customised products or special orders...).

 - Purchase of products by mistake.

- You have found the same product but cheaper.

 - You consider that the quality is not adequate.

 - You consider that the order arrived too late.

 - You do not want the order once you have received it.

 - Someone makes a purchase without your authorisation.

 - You try to make an exchange or return after 14 calendar days.

 

All exchanges or returns will have to be sent to our main office:

The exchange or return will be made through the transport company provided by us and it will be picked up at the address provided by you. If you decide to send it with your own transport, Com-Forsa will not be responsible for the cost of shipping regardless of the reason for the exchange or return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount if you meet any of the above conditions.
