Considering the current situation we find ourselves in, both here in Madrid and all over Spain, we think the best thing we can do is close our customer service.
As a result, starting Saturday, March 14th, we are closing our store in Madrid until further notice.
We want everyone to stay safe, our team just as much as you all, which is why we firmly believe that the wisest thing to do is to stop seeing each other for a few days.
During this period in which we will be closed, we’ll still be sending out orders as we usually do because we’re splitting up.
Starting on Monday, our whole office team will be working from home and our orders team will be split in two teams. This way, we will continue preparing your orders, while taking all the necessary safety precautions.
As of now, nothing should change regarding shipping your orders. If something does change, we will let you know immediately. To make up for not being able to see each other, we’re offering FREE shipping for orders over 50€ without tax with Glovo with up to a 10km distance.
For now, we think it’s best to stay home and do what’s being recommended, so we’re putting as much effort as possible in getting through this situation that we find ourselves living through.
