This time I’m back with a tutorial to show you how to make a pompom with nylon thread or macrame.

Since we launched our novelties, you keep asking if we sell the pompoms we used in the bracelets
I’m sorry to say so, but we don’t 😔
Every time we design something to launch the novelties or to give you ideas, we try to make the best use of our products.
That’s why in this occasion we made this tassels with braided nylon of 0.8 mm.
What we didn’t expect was that you were gonna like them so much!
In this video you’ll see that we have used macramé thread, but if it is the first time you are making them, it is better to use mouliné thread, is it the most commonly used in this kind of tassels.
If you have not made them before or if you aren’t very skilled yet, I advise you to start off with this one. It’s softer and more flexible than the braided nylon or macramé and you can buy it at any notions store.
It will be easier for you to get the hang of them, and once you do, you’ll be able to make them smaller like the ones we have used for the bracelets. Take into account that they shouldn’t be longer than 4cm if you are using them in bracelets.

MATERIALS
- Braided nylon or macrame of 0.8mm
- Sterling silver open rings 7mm
- Flat pliers
- Tijeras
- Regla o metro
- Mechero o pegamento para las puntas
